Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that Mr. Mahendra Sheth has tendered his resignation from the post of Chief finance officer and Company Secretary of the Company with immediate effect. <BR> <BR> The resignation letter shall be placed before the Board of Directors in the upcoming Board Meeting for its consideration and formal acceptance in accordance with the aforementioned regulation.<BR>
