We are pleased to inform you that the Company has received Notice from BSE Ltd. Vide Ref. No. 20211123-12 dated November 23, 2021, and circular from NSE vide Ref. No 1334/2021 dated November 23, 2021 in which BSE & NSE has approved the migration of 1,36,89,750 Equity Shares of Rs.10/- each of the company from BSE SME platform to BSE & NSE Main Board Platform w.e.f. November 25, 2021.
