This is to inform you that in accordance with the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations,2015 as amended by SEBI(Prohibition of Insider Trading Amendment) Regulations,2018 or any other applicable law for the time being in force and the Company's code of conduct of insider trading and fair disclosure to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders ,the trading Window shall remain closed form 1ST April,2023 till the completion of 48 hours after the declaration of financial results of the Company for the year ended 31st March ,2023 Accordingly, all the designated persons (including Directors and designated employees as per Company's aforesaid conduct) and their immediate relatives are being intimated not to enter into any transaction involving dealing/trading in shares of the company during aforesaid period of closure of trading Window.
