we hereby inform you that, the 45th AGM of the Members of the Company will be held on Monday, 12th August 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Registered office of the Company at 3, Bentinck Street, 2nd Floor, Kolkata - 700001. The Company has engaged the services CDSL for facilitating voting by electronic means. The cut-off date (record date), for determining members eligible for vote the said ensuing AGM, has been fixed to be on monday, 5th August 2024. we have enclosed herewith a copy of Notice calling the aforesaid ensuing AGM and Annual Report of the Company for the financial year 2023-24. Further, pursuant to Regulation 42 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Tuesday, 6th August, 2024to Monday, 12th August 2024(both dates inclusive) for taking record og Members of the Company for the purpose of ensuing AGM.
