We wish to inform you that Mr. Alwyn J. Boopaladoss has resigned from the position of Chief Operating Officer of the Company (Senior Management personnel) due to personal reasons and his last working day is May 1, 2026. A copy of his resignation letter dated April 30, 2026 is enclosed.
The details as required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024, SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 and erstwhile SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9, 2015 is annexed to this letter.
