| Satin Creditcare Network Limited has informed the Exchange continuation to their letter dated January 25, 2022 and pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations, Allotment of 41,02,564 (Forty One Lakh Two Thousand Five Hundred and Sixty Four) equity shares of face value of INR 10/- (Indian Rupees Ten only) each ('Equity Shares') fully paid-up to Trishashna Holdings & Investments Private Limited (entity belonging to Promoter & Promoter Group), pursuant to conversion of 41,02,564 (Forty One Lakh Two Thousand Five Hundred and Sixty Four) Fully Convertible Warrants ('Warrants') issued and allotted as on January 25, 2022 for cash at an issue price of INR 81.25/- (Indian Rupees Eighty One and Twenty Five Paisa only) per Warrant by way of preferential allotment on private placement basis. | |
