SBI Life Insurance Company Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 27/10/2021 ,inter alia, to consider and approve We wish to inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, October 27, 2021 to consider and approve financial results for the quarter & half-year ended September 30, 2021.<BR> <BR> The outcome of the Board Meeting along with the said results will be submitted in accordance with the Listing Regulations.<BR> <BR> Further, pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended and in continuation to our letter no.
