We wish to inform you that the Company is in receipt of the Communication on October 11, 2024 from the Comptroller & Auditor General of India (C&AG) pertaining to appointment of Joint Statutory Auditors for the Financial year 2024-25. The Office of C&AG has appointed M/s K. S. Aiyar & Co. in place of M/s G. M. Kapadia & Co. as the Joint Statutory Auditor of the Company. The Joint Statutory Auditors of the Company for the Financial Year for 2024-25 are as follows: 1. M/s. John Moris & Co. 2. M/s. K. S. Aiyar & Co.
