Pursuant to the BSE Circular No.- LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 Dated 02.04.2019, in compliance of Provision of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015 and the Company's Code for prevention of Internal Trading Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading in Securities by Designated person, the Trading Window for dealing in the Securities of the Company for all the Designated Persons shall remain closed with effect from 01.04.2021 till the expiry of 48 hours after the audited financial results for the 4th quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2021 being published. <BR> <BR> The date of the Board Meeting to consider the Audited financial results for the 4th Quarter and financial year ended 31st March 2021, shall be intimated separately in due course.<BR> <BR> This is for your information and record please.<BR>
