Scan Steels Limited.&lt;BR&gt; 2.Mr. Nimish Gadodia, Promoter of Scan Steels Limited regarding Disposal/Transfer of 1782275 Equity Shares representing 3.40 % of the paid-up equity share capital of M/s. Scan Steels Limited.&lt;BR&gt; &lt;BR&gt; After the said acquisition the total shareholding of Mrs. Archana Gadodia is 3145282 shares comprising 6.01% of paid-up share capital of the Company, and After the said Disposal/ Transfer equity shareholding of Mr. Nimish Gadodia is 1626041 shares comprising 3.11% of paid up share capital of the Company.&lt;BR&gt; &lt;BR&gt; In this regard we are submitting herewith the disclosure received from Mrs. Archana Gadodia, the acquirer and Mr. Nimish Gadodia, Disposer Pursuant to Regulation 7 (2) of the SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015.&lt;BR&gt; Kindly, take the above information on your record.&lt;BR&gt;
