| Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, it is hereby disclosed that the Board of Directors of the Company, on recommendation of the Audit Committee and subject to the approval of the members of the Company, at its meeting held August 13, 2021 has, appointed M/s. S. M. Gupta & Co., Chartered Accountants, Mumbai (Firm Registration Number: 310051E) as the Statutory Auditors of the Company for a period of five years from conclusion of 27th Annual General Meeting till the conclusion of 32nd Annual General Meeting of the Company in place of M/s. M. B. Agrawal & Co., the retiring Auditors, whose term as Statutory Auditors of the Company will be completed on the conclusion of ensuing 27th Annual General Meeting of the Company.
