Further to our letter dated December 28, 2021, NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today i.e. 30th December, 2021 has fixed 12th January, 2022 as 'Record Date' for the purpose of allotment of Shares by Somany Ceramics Limited to the shareholders of Schablona India Limited upon its amalgamation with Somany Ceramics Limited as per Scheme of Amalgamation approved by Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Kolkata and New Delhi Bench vide their respective Orders dated 20th December, 2021 and 24th December, 2021 respectively.
