Pursuant to Securities & Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Insider Trading Prohibition Code of the Company, the Trading Window shall be closed for all the Designated Persons of the Company as defined in the Code for dealing in securities of the Company with effect from April 1, 2022 till expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of financial results of the Company for the fourth quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2022.
