Dear Sir, This is with reference to your NSE letter dated April 22, 2022 Ref No.: NSE/CM/Surveillance/11894 sent through e-mail of even date seeking clarification regarding increase in volume of securities in the recent past. In this regard, it is hereby informed that the Company is fully conscious of its obligation under law and have always complied with the same in letter and spirit. The Company has from time to time, promptly intimated the Stock Exchanges of all information that have a bearing on the operation/performance of the Company and is required to be intimated to the Stock Exchanges as per Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements), 2015. We confirm that the Company has not undertaken any activity which has any sort of bearing on the movement in the price of its shares or which is required to be intimated under Regulation 30 and that has not been intimated to the Stock Exchanges.
