Schneider Electric President Systems Ltd has informed BSE that the Trading Window of the Company is closed from April 01, 2015 to till 24 hours after the Audited Financial Results are made public. The date of the Board Meeting for approval of the Audited Financial Results will be communicated in due course.<BR><BR>During this period, none of the Directors / Designated Employees, other persons having access to the Price Sensitive Information and their dependants, shall deal in the securities of the Company as per Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading in terms of 12(1) of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992.
