| Referring to our letter dated 07.11 .2022 regarding the Intimation of the Board Meeting to be held today and pursuant to the Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 we wish to inform that, the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today, 14th November 2022 has inter-alia considered and approved the standalone unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2022; Further, pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI LODR Regulations, please find enclosed herewith the following: (a) Statement of standalone unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2022; and (b) Limited Review Report on the aforesaid Financial Results. The above were taken on record at the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held today started at 02:30 PM and concluded at 03.15 PM. | |
