This is in reference with the Letter of Intent dated May 03, 2023 received from Mr. Amit Shrivastav, being the Chairman & Managing Director of Scooters India Limited ('the Company') duly authorized by President of India through Ministry of Heavy Industries, Government of India, New Delhi (hereinafter referred to as 'Acquirer') to do the needful on the Acquirer's behalf for the proposed voluntary delisting, expressing the intention to voluntarily delist the Equity Shares of the Company from BSE Limited. It is to further apprise your good office that in terms of Regulation 8 of SEBI (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations, 2021 the Company is also in receipt of Initial Public Announcement dated May 03, 2023, on behalf of the Acquirer, from M/s. Corporate Professionals Capital Private Limited, Manager to the proposed Delisting Offer. We are enclosing herewith the copy of the Intent Letter and the Initial Public Announcement as stated above.
