In furtherance to the the captioned subject and in continuation to disclosure made under the Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations on May 03, 2023 regarding the Initial Public Announcement dated May 03, 2023 made by Corporate Professionals Capital Private Limited, Manager to the Delisting Offer, we wish to inform your good office that in accordance with the provisions of Regulation 10 of the Delisting Regulations, the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held on May 08, 2023, has approved the appointment of CS Amit Gupta, Practising Company Secretary (Peer Review Certificate No. 2600/2022, FCS - 5478, CP No. 4682) of Amit Gupta & Associates, Company Secretaries, Lucknow as the Peer Review Company Secretary for carrying out the due-diligence for the proposed delisting.
