In reference to the Voluntary Delisting of the Equity Shares of Scooters India Limited from BSE Limited in terms of the provisions of Regulation 35 of Chapter VI (Part A) of the SEBI (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations, 2021 (Special Provisions for Small Companies) and various exemptions granted by SEBI, we wish to inform that the dispatch of Letter of Offer along with offer cum acceptance form and Share Transfer form to all the public shareholders through email whose email ids are registered with the Company/RTA and through Registered post to all remaining public shareholders has been made on December 21, 2023. A copy of the Letter of Offer is available on the website of the Merchant Banker, Company and RTA. The same is attached herewith as well.
