The trading window in respect of dealings in the equity shares of the Company will remain closed for all Directors, Designated Persons & their relatives including all insiders and the connected persons with the company with effect from 01st October, 2023 until 48 hours after the declaration of the Un-audited financial results by the Company for the half year ended 30th September, 2023. The Company shall disseminate the information with respect to the date of the Board meeting to consider & approve the said un-audited financial results at appropriate time.
