1. Pursuant to the applicable provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India(Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with the Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor, and Report Trading by Designated Persons ('the code'), we, Seasons Furnishings Limited, wish to submit that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for all Designated Persons (as defined in the Code) from April 01, 2023, till 48 hours after the approval and declaration of Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ending March 31, 2023. 2. It is the duty of each insider to ensure compliance with the Company's Code of Conduct and Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, therefore during the window closure period, the Designated Persons shall not deal in securities of the Company, neither in their own name nor in the name of their 'Immediate relatives'.
