SETCO AUTOMOTIVE LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 02/06/2023 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 and 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015, we wish to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, June 2, 2023 inter alia to consider and approve the audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2023. Pursuant to the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window close period has commenced from April 01, 2023 and will end 48 hours after the results are made public on June 2, 2023.
