| SFL INTERNATIONAL LTDhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14/08/2018 ,inter alias, to consider and approve Board Meeting of the Company will be held on Tuesday, 14th August, 2018 at the Registered Office of the Company to transact the following business;<BR> <BR> 1.To consider and approve the unaudited financial results of the company for the quarter ended on 30th June, 2018.<BR> <BR> 2.To call 26th Annual General Meeting of the company and fix the day, date, time and venue of the meeting.<BR> <BR> 3.To consider and approve the notice of the 26th Annual General Meeting, and Director's Report for the year ending 31st March, 2018.<BR> <BR> 4.To fix the date of book closure of the company.<BR> <BR> 5.Any other item with the permission of the chair and majority of directors.<BR> <BR> Further, as per the Company''s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all directors / officers / designated employees of the Company from Wednesday, 8th August,2018 to Friday,17th August,2018(both days inclusive) | |
