This is to inform you that in accordance with 'Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting Trading by Designated Persons' of the Company pursuant to Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, the 'Trading Window' for dealing in the equity shares of the Company shall remain closed from April 1, 2023 till the expiry of 48 hours after declaration of the audited Financial Results of the Company for the Financial Year ending on March 31, 2023. The date of the Board meeting of the Company for declaration of the audited financial results for the financial year ending on March 31, 2023 will be intimated in due course.
