Pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended &<BR> Company''s Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and<BR> Reporting Trading in its securities, the ''Trading Window'' for dealing in the equity shares of the Company is closed for all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives, from July 1, 2020 up to the expiry of two days after the date of declaration of the un-audited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2020.<BR> All Designated Persons have been intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the securities of the Company, during the aforesaid non transaction period.<BR> The date of the Board Meeting for approval of the said financial results will be intimated in due course of time.<BR> Kindly take the same on records
