Approved the appointment of M/s Price Waterhouse Chartered Accountants LLP, (Firm Registration No.: 012754N/N500016) Chartered Accountants, as a Statutory Auditors of the Company with effect from the conclusion of ensuing AGM till conclusion of 34th AGM in place of retiring auditor M/s. PGS & Associates., Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration No.: 122384W). 2. Considered and approved for adoption and implementation of 'Shakti Pumps (India) Limited Employee Stock Option Plan 2024' 3. Decided day, date and time of 29th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on Monday, September 30, 2024 at 02:00 P.M. through video conferencing ('VC/other Audio Visual means (OAVM))' and considered and approved the notice of 29th AGM. | |
