This is to inform you that pursuant to provisions of the SEBI Regulations, 2015 & and the Company''s Internal Code of conduct to Regulate, Monitor & Report Trading by Insiders, the trading Window for dealing in the Securities of the Company for All the Designated Persons, Designated Employees, Specified Persons & the their immediate relatives, will remain closed with effect from 01 january,2024 till the completion on 48 hours after declaration of the un-Audited financial results for the quarter ended on 31st December,2023 become generally available information . Accordingly, all the designated persons and their immediate relatives are being intimated not to enter into any transaction involving dealing /trading in shares of the Company during the afore said period of Closure of Trading Window. Further, Board Meeting date to Consider, Approve and take on record the Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended on 31 December, 2023 shall be intimated to the SEBI in due course of time
