In terms of the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (as amended by SEBI Prohibition of Insider Trading (Amendment) Regulations, 2018 read with the respective Circulars of BSE and NSE dated April 2, 2019 with respect to the 'Clarification regarding trading restrictions period' the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for Directors, Promoters, Designated Employees and the Connected Person of the Company from April 1, 2020 till 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results of the Company for the quarter/financial year ended March 31, 2020.
