Gupta as an additional independent director to fill in the vacanies as created by the resignation of Mrs. Sejal Agrawal, further the term of appointment of Mrs. Monika is effective from the date of Board Meeting i.e. 22.06.2024 till the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
