Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time, read with Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider trading, the trading window for the purpose of dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed from 1st October, 2021 till 48 hours after the Un-audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and half year ending on 30th September, 2021 are approved by the Board of Directors and filed with Stock Exchanges.<BR> <BR> The date of meeting of the Board to approve the Un-audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and half year ending on 30th September, 2021 will be informed in due course.<BR> <BR> Accordingly, all connected persons / designated persons are advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window.<BR>
