The Board of Directors of the Company has appointed Mr. H. S. Upendra Kamath (DIN: 02648119), Mr. Shalin S. Divatia (DIN: 00749517), and Mr. Vinod Kumar Kathuria (DIN: 06662559) as an Additional Director in the capacity of Non-Executive & Independent Director of the Company for an Initial term of 5 years from 10th May, 2024 to 09th May, 2029, not liable to retire by rotation, subject to approval of members in forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company.
