In terms of the Company''s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders framed under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 the Trading Window for dealing in equity shares of the company shall remain closed for all the designated persons and their immediate relatives with effect from 1st April, 2024 till 48 Hours after the declaration of Financial Results (Audited) of the Company for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2024. Note: We have already submitted this Disclosure and XBRL on 19.03.2024 . Now We have corrected the clerical error that is BSE Limited in place of Bombay Stock Exchange Limited.
