With reference to the Letter ref. no. L/SURV/ONL/PV/KB/2024-2025/4143 vide email dated 09th April, 2024 we wish to inform that our company has intimated from time to time to the stock exchanges of all the events and information which has impact on the operation/ performance/ price behavior in the scrip of the company which includes all price sensitive information etc. as required to be disclosed under Regulation 30 and other applicable regulations of the SEBI(LODR) 2015. There is no undisclosed/ price- sensitive information or any impending announcement/ corporate action which needs to be informed to the exchanges at this point of time and the movement in the share price is purely market driven and owning to the market conditions neither has control nor has any knowledge of reasons. So, we are unable to comment on the significant increase in price of the company''s security across the exchanges in the recent past.
