As per Regulation 15(2) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby certify that paid up equity share capital of the Company is not exceeding ten crores and net worth not exceeding rupees twenty five crores on the last day of the previous financial year and hence the provisions related to related party transactions disclosure as specified under Regulation 23 of SEBI (LODR) 2015 for the half year ended 31st March 2024 is not applicable to our Company.
