We hereby inform that in pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and clarification by BSE vide its circular no.LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated April 02, 2019; and in accordance with Company''s Code of Conduct with Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Person, please take note that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the company will remain closed for all designated person including their immediate relatives and connected persons (as defined in the code) with effect from 01st April, 2024 for the purpose of consideration of audited financial results for the 4th Quarter and year ended 31st March, 2024. The trading window shall open 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the 4th Quarter and year ended on 31st March, 2024 to the stock exchange.
