As per the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading)(Amendment) Regulations, 2018 including Second Amendment in the said Regulations dated July 25, 2019, the 'Trading restriction period" ('Trading Window closure') shall be made applicable from the end of every quarter till 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results.<BR> In view of the aforesaid, it is hereby intimated that the trading window of the Company would be closed from the closure of Trading Hours on Bombay Stock Exchange on March 31, 2021 and shall be opened on 48 hours after declaration of Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended on March 31, 2021.
