To consider recommendation of reappointment of Mr. Anish Anil Mehta, Managing Director of the Company and increase in remuneration. 3. To consider recommendation of increase in limits of Borrowing Power of the Board under section 180(1)(c) of the Companies Act, 2013. 4.
