To consider and appoint M/s JPS & Associates, Practicing Company Secretaries, Jaipur as Secretarial Auditors of the Company for the financial year 2024-25. 3. To consider and appoint M/s H.M. Sheth and Associates, Chartered Accountants, Mumbai as the Internal Auditors of the Company to conduct Internal audit of the Company. 4.
