Pursuant to Regulations 30 and 33 of the Listing Regulations read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at it''s meeting held today i.e. 27th October 2025 interalia approved the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September 2025.
We enclose herewith the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September 2025 along with Limited Review Report thereon issued and signed by M/s Shah Gupta & Co., Chartered Accountants, Mumbai; the Statutory Auditor of the Company.
