We would like to inform you that pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended & Company''s Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting Trading in its securities, the "Trading Window" for dealing in the Equity shares of the Company will be closed, for all Designated persons and their immediate relatives, from Monday, 01st April 2024, up to the expiry of 48 hours after the date of declaration of the financial results for Quarter and Financials year ended 31st March 2024. The date of the Board Meeting for approval of the aforesaid financial results will be intimated in due course of time. We request you to kindly take the same on your records.
