| This is to inform that the Company has received request letters dated 25th November, 2022 from Mrs. Manjit Kaur and Mr. Jaspal Singh Dhillion, Promoters of the Company for reclassifying their shareholding from the 'Promoter and Promoter Group' category to 'Public' category. The request is being reviewed and shall be considered by the Board of Directors of the Company in the forthcoming Board Meeting in accordance with the provisions of Regulation 31A of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
