This is submitted & informed that pursuant to the code of conduct framed by the Company to regulate, monitor, and report trading by insiders the trading window for dealing in securities of the company shall remain closed from Saturday, 1st April, 2022 till completion of 48 hours after the declaration of the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended on 31st March, 2022 for all Directors, KMP''s, Designated employees, their immediate relatives and specified connected persons. All Directors, KMP''s, designated employees of the Company are being intimated not to enter in any transaction involving securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure trading window. The date of meeting of the Board of Directors to approve the Un -audited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended on 31st March, 2022 will be informed in due course. You are requested to take the same on record and acknowledge.
