We hereby inform you,that,the Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on 14th December, 2017 to take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter/ Half Year ended 30th September, 2017.<BR> <BR> Further, in terms of Code of Fair Disclosure and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the shares of the Company shall remain closed for declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter/ half year ended 30th September, 2017 for all Designated persons including Promoters, Directors, Key Managerial Personnel and designated employees of the Company from 6th December, 2017 and shall remain closed upto 14th December, 2017 (both days inclusive).<BR>
