We hereby inform you, that, the Application of the Company under Section 10 of Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code, 2016 to initiate Corporate Insolvency Resolution process before Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Allahabad has been admitted on 13th February, 2018, and accordingly Interim Resolution Professional has been appointed.
