The Board of Directors of Shree Cement Limited and Shree Cement North Private Limited and Shree Cement East Private Limited in their respective meetings held today i.e. 21st March, 2024 reviewed the Scheme considering revised investment strategy of the group & other considerations and decided to withdraw the said scheme of Amalgamation.
