Pursuant to Regulations 29(1) and 50(1) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby give you notice that meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Tuesday, 14th May, 2024 to consider and approve, inter-alia, audited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ending on 31st March, 2024 and to consider recommending the final dividend, if any, on the equity shares of the Compnay. Further, in accordance with the Code of Conduct for regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by the Designated Persons and their Immediate relative of Shree Cement Limited, the trading window will remain closed from 1st April, 2024 to 16th May, 2024 (both days inclusive).
