With reference to above captioned subject and in accordance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform that the Board of Directors of our company at its meeting held today at its registered office considered and approved the following: 1. To take note of call money received on 500000 convertible warrants on which remaining 75% of issue price from the allottee received. 2. Allotment of 500000 of Equity shares pursuant to conversion of 500000 convertible warrants on preferential basis to non-promoter. The board meeting was commenced at 04:00 PM and concluded at 04:30 PM.
