SHREE METALLOYS LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 28/08/2021 ,inter alia, to consider and approve This is to inform you under Regulation 29 and any other Regulation of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Saturday, 28th August, 2021 at the registered office of the company at 06:00 P.M. to transact the following business :<BR> <BR> 1. To call 27th Annual General Meeting of the Company and fix the day, date and time of the meeting.<BR> 2. To consider and approve the notice of 27th Annual General Meeting and Directors' Report for the year ended on 31st March, 2021.<BR> 3. To fix the date of book closure of the Company.<BR> 4.
