This is to inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company was held on Thursday, 30th June, 2022 wherein directors has appointed Mr. Radheshyam Laluram Kabra, (DIN: 00005997) as an Additional Non-Executive Director of the company. Therefore, pursuant to provisions of Regulation 30(2) of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015 (Regulations), the Company hereby disclose the material event as provided in the Schedule III of Listing Regulations.
