Directors, Promoters, KMPs, Designated Employees and Connected persons, including their immediate relatives and Material Subsidiary of the Company commencing from 01st July, 2022 till the announcement/declaration to the Stock Exchange of the Standalone and Consolidated Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2022 and 48 hours thereafter. The date of the Board Meeting of the Company for announcement/declaration to the Stock Exchange of Standalone and Consolidated Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2022 will be intimated in due course.
